We currently ship primarily via UPS and USPS (dependent on the size of order). We are always trying to find the best, most cost-effective shipping options available for our customers. 

Free Shipping:

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $80 within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses ship at our standard rate. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Where We Ship: We currently ship within the United States only. Because our mists are made with perfumer's alcohol, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.

RETURN POLICY

Praesidio Contra has a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure customer satisfaction. If you find yourself needing to return an unopened item, rest assured that we accept returns within 15 days from the date of receiving your purchase. To initiate a return, simply reach out to us via email at contactus@praesidiocontra.com. We kindly ask that you include "Return Authorization" along with your order number in the subject line to expedite the process.
For the return to be accepted, it is essential to provide proof of purchase. This can be achieved by including your order number or store receipt with your return. Please keep in mind that while we value our customers' satisfaction, Praesidio Contra does not cover the cost of return shipping.
Once you have mailed us your return, we kindly ask that you provide us with the tracking information in the email thread. This allows us to monitor the progress of your return and ensure a smooth process. However, it is important to note that Praesidio Contra cannot be held responsible for any lost returns during transit.
Should your return qualify for a refund, please remember that it will only cover the cost of the returned item itself, and not any shipping fees incurred. We strive to provide transparency and clarity regarding our return policy to facilitate a seamless experience for our valued customers.

If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve within 15 days of receiving the item. Please email contactus@praesidiocontra.com with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required when requesting a replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.

Final sale items, such as items on sale, bundled items, items that are no longer sold, gift certificates, personalized items, and items made by other companies that Praesidio Contra doesn't produce, cannot be returned. If you don't have proof of purchase, you cannot get a refund.
